Ms. Mehlenbacher graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours BA and subsequently attended Fanshawe College to obtain the designation of Licensed Paralegal by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Immediately following graduation, she joined IPv4 Market Group in the capacity of Manager Contracts and immersed herself in end to end project management and contract management. For the next two and half years, she focused exclusively on IPv4 transfers following the point of written agreement on general terms and conditions between Buyer and Seller. This entailed full cycle management of client-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Escrow Agreements, RIR Transfer Agreements and finally Escrow Release letters. Often simultaneously managing 20-35 transfers, she was involved in over 300 transfers completed across ARIN, RIPE and APNIC regions from 2014 to 2016. Acute attention to detail, driven by service excellence and responsiveness, she is fully versed in RIR transfer policy, with significant experience tailoring each transfer to a client’s individual needs and internal requirements. Mr. Mehlenbacher, Partner and EVP Business Development at GetConnect IPv4 Brokers, has 30 years experience in business development and general management with particular emphasis on technology sales including IPv4 transfers, data warehouse customer data integration, business intelligence software components and systems integration services. In 2011, he was among the early pioneers in the broker space for IPv4 transfers partnering to create IPv4 Market Group—the global leader in IPv4 transfers from 2011 to 2015. With fragmented policy development, no established market pricing, limited transparency and no tested delivery methodology, the Company went from 1 transfer completed in the first six months to over 100 in 2015. IPv4 Buyers and Sellers from over 35 countries were originated and serviced over the first five years of business.

In the capacity of Vice President Business Development at AXIS Database Marketing Group, he reshaped the business from fulfillment, data entry and list management to recurring revenue streams originated from weekly/monthly update customer database repositories optimized for licensed end user access tools. He sold and led the implementation teams for both hosted and onsite deliverables at such organizations as Nestlé Canada, TELUS Communications, The Franchise Company, Elizabeth Arden Canada and Reliance Home Comfort.

Consulting principles and methodologies were refined at Customer Data Management Solutions Inc. and Adastra Corporation where he launched and managed the companies’ Customer Data Integration (CDI) Practices. For ten years, he was the VP & GM of Harte-Hanks Canada/Asia Pacific—a global database and direct marketing service provider and component-based software (Trillium Software System®) company. Mr. Mehlenbacher was responsible for all aspects of the Canada/Asia Pacific operations including business and client development, account management, project management, technical services, marketing and geography-specific product development and pricing.

At National Trust (then Canada’s largest independent Trust Company), Mr. Mehlenbacher served as VP Tactical Marketing Services. He pioneered the Company’s design and implementation of an end-to- end CRM information system consisting of a corporate CIF, household/customer marketing database, competitive intelligence database and consumer/GIS database. Through his thought leadership, the system became strategically and tactically significant to the organization—augmenting the development of the Company’s first direct response unit and micro-marketing department.
